How We Charge - Design Fees
1. Hourly:
At Project Design Interiors I am happy to work hourly. Sometimes small projects are cost effective with this option. When small details need attended to, this option works well. But, for the larger projects, there is also a flat fee available!
2. Flat Fee:
When we schedule our first meeting, you are only committing to one hour of consultation. For our first appointment, I ask that you prepare a long list of questions you would like answered. In this hour I evaluate the scope of the design project, answer any design questions you might have, and offer solutions to design dilemmas. Because you have paid for an hour of my time, I am happy to address any design question throughout your home.
During this first hour of evaluation and consultation, I submit to you a flat fee to complete the entire design phase of your project.
Once you approve the flat fee, I go back to the office and design your
project. In a designated amount of time, sufficient to planning details,
I will present you with a design binder. This binder is yours to keep. It
contains all our design drawings, measurements, fabric specifications, furniture
selections with sizes, special cabinet and build-out specifications. But
there’s more!
3. Project Management:
Once you have paid for your design specifications and plans, you are not obligated to Project Design Interiors to carry out the work. You are free to take your binder and fill every part of your design with your own resources.
However, I love to see my plans come to life. Many of my clients have complimented my organized project management. At this time I submit to you my price for project management. If you allow me to see your plan through to completion, I will strive to exceed your expectations.
My goal is to bring about proper design that delights my clients, meets their needs and gives them pleasure every time they enter their home or office.
